Returns & Refunds for Your Pure Linen Shirt

At Verinn, we take pride in the authenticity of our fabric. We want you to love your pure linen shirt as much as we loved making it. However, if the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return on your pure linen shirt:

  • The item must be unused, unwashedpure linen shirts refund plicy, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale."

  • Items that have been washed or altered. (Note: A pure linen shirt changes texture after washing, so we cannot accept washed items).

3. Understanding Authentic Linen (Please Read) Our collection is made from 100% natural fiber. You may notice tiny knots or "slubs" in the fabric. These are not defects. They are the hallmark of a genuine pure linen shirt and prove that the fabric is not synthetic or polyester. We do not accept returns based on these natural characteristics.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to ship your package.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the pure linen shirt arrived damaged.

5. Refunds & Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our Kota workshop, we will notify you.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or UPI) within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products If you received a damaged item or the wrong size, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a pickup and send you a fresh pure linen shirt at no extra cost.
